About Us

Sandberg’s Service Center has been a staple in Valparaiso for more than 45 years. Established in 1973 when John Sandberg opened a gas station backed by Standard Oil, the business has grown into a leading towing and auto repair service center. Now located at 1252 W. Lincolnway and managed by his sons, Chris and Ryan, Sandberg’s offers a fleet of light, medium, and heavy-duty wreckers. The repair shop is equipped to handle domestic vehicles, light trucks, and foreign cars. Whether you need towing services for passenger cars or larger vehicles like semis and buses, Sandberg’s Towing & Recovery is dedicated to providing dependable assistance for all your automotive needs.
